Michael A. Carbonara, Esq. is a graduate of the Duquesne Law School and has been practicing law for 11+ years. Upon graduation from law school, Attorney Carbonara clerked for the Honorable Thomas A. Swope, Jr., of the Court of Common Pleas of Cambria County. Attorney Carbonara’s practice has always been focused on courtroom work and the litigating of disputes. Attorney Carbonara currently serves as a part-time Assistant District Attorney in Somerset County and worked in the same capacity in Cambria County from 2005 to 2012. In addition to serving as a part-time Asst. DA, Attorney Carbonara practices in many areas of the law which include, but are not limited to: personal injury, vehicle accidents, family law (divorce, custody, etc.), municipal law and general defense work. Attorney Carbonara currently serves as the Solicitor of Southmont and Nanty Glo Boroughs as well as the Solicitor for the Cambria County Tax Collection Committee.
